Musical Mondays with the ShamaMamahS

Gift yourself a relaxing hour of original music with the intent to restore, refresh, heal and renew the body, mind and Spirit. There will be opportunities to sing and play along, so feel free to bring an acoustic instrument and an open heart! All ages welcome! Chairs are available, or bring your own cushion or mat.

The ShamaMamahS, Florencia Abergel and Jen Rosen, are Claremont musicians who have been writing and performing original music together since 2021. Combining the sweet sounds of ukulele, banjo, bass and harmonic vocals with heart-centered lyrics, their music is sweet medicine for the soul.
